Lisha (momcares) | 17 comments I recently started reading Mary Higgins Clark mysteries and have been amazed that there is no sex or bad language. They are murder mysteries, but I don't feel like it is graphic.

C. | 297 comments I believe the mysteries by John Grisham are clean. Many years(decades) ago I read and loved the book ~Coma by Robin Cook.
Coma by Robin Cook

I would also enjoy clean Medical mysteries. Some titles that I am considering are~

Suicide Med by Freida McFadden

Chaos at Crescent City Medical Center (Alex Destephano, #1)by Judith Lucci

The God Complex by Chris Titus

Death Without Cause: A Health Care Mystery
by Pamela Triolo

Veritas The Pharmacological Endgame
by Alessandro Boccaletti

Mic | 1 comments I highly recommend James Pence's "Unseen" (previously published as "Blind Sight"). Very exciting, fast-paced mystery/thriller, superbly written. He also has a medical mystery called "Mercy Killer" (previously published as "The Angel"). I haven't read it yet, but expect it to be every bit as good.

His true crime story "Terror by Night" is also clean, but it's a disturbing story. I did read it, and it also is very well-written.
