Higher res covers + correction of title

I would like to hear if someone could replace the cover of https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4... and https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4... with this more high-resolution version: https://i.imgur.com/a0lL4yZ.jpg

And these two https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4... https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4... with this one: https://i.imgur.com/CEQzafC.jpg because the title has been changed to The Die of Death. Then, I would like to ask if someone could change the title of those two editions to The Die of Death as well, rather than The Dice of Death, to reflect the new title.

For the second half, I need to know if any versions of this work with the title The Dice of Death have ever been released or sent to anyone.

@Monique It has not. This will be the first English release ever. Title was changed based on reader feedback the author got ok Facebook. I can supply links, but I did write something up about it, with references, on here: http://thegreatdevilwar.wikia.com/wik... under the section "English translation"
