So far, so good. I'm very part-time on it though, so I'm still reading about the young Kuyper just about to begin his first pastorate.
anything standing out with the writing, organization, style, good quotes, etc? or about Kuyper so far?
There was something in the intro about his approach to sphere sovereignty, but I haven't gotten to that point in his actual bio yet. What was interesting was that Kuyper spent much of his earlier days as a theological super-liberal (i.e., kind of a Protestant Sadducee) before his conversion experience prior to his first pastoral posting. Ironically, this was all going on during and after his seminary experience...
Update: made some progress on the book. Kuyper (still a young man) is now a Calvinist and has left pastoral work (and church politics) for Parliament.
