Eryn | 9 comments I am taking part in a Summer Reading Challenge to read 12 books by the end of summer. So far I've read none, so we'll see how well it goes. I may add more books after summer ends, depending on how well I complete this. Here goes! :)

1. A Siege of Bitterns (Finished, loved it) – Read a mystery book.
2. On the Wing: To the Edge of the Earth with the Peregrine Falcon (Reading) – Read a book by a new-to-you author.
3. Every Dead Thing (Restarting) – Read a book that's been sitting on your TBR pile for far too long.
4. H is for Hawk (Reading) – Read a non-fiction book.
5. The Animal Dialogues: Uncommon Encounters in the Wild (Read years ago, not started) – Reread a favorite book.
6. Dragon Rider (Not read) – Read a famous author's less well-known work.
7. The Lovely Bones (Audiobook) – Listen to an audiobook.
8. Doctor Who - The Wheel of Ice (Not read) – Read a book set in a cold climate, or involving water.
9. The Carpet Makers (Restarting) – Read a book set in a foreign country, by a foreign author, or translated from a foreign language.
10. Still not sure yet. – Read a title that relates to heat in some way.
11. Still deciding. – Read a book with a yellow cover.
12. Still deciding. – Read a book with a number in the title.

Eryn | 9 comments I just finished A Siege of Bitterns. I am now starting the second book in the series, A Pitying of Doves, which means I am bumping up my 2018 list from 12 books to 13. Wish me luck!

Eryn | 9 comments I've also started How to Be Yourself: Quiet Your Inner Critic and Rise Above Social Anxiety. It's really good so far, and will hopefully help with my social anxiety.
