As you all know Skeleton Crew is a collection of 22 short stories. For the discussions for this book we have decided to split the discussion into 4 topics (we thought 22 individual topics would be to much!). Two of these topics will discuss five of the short stories while the other two will discuss six short stories. Please let us know your thoughts about this divide.

Discussion for:
- Uncle Otto's Truck
- Morning Deliveries (Milkman #1)
- Big Wheels: A Tale of the Laundry Game (Milkman #2)
- Gramma
- The Ballad of the Flexible Bullet
- The Reach

Uncle Otto's Truck
I just found this story really boring. Didn't feel there was much to it.

Morning Deliveries (Milkman #1)
I found this story really intriguing and felt it could've been a bit longer. However, I really liked how sweet the narrative was in contrast to the horrors Spike carries out.

Big Wheels: A Tale of the Laundry Game (Milkman #2)
Despite this being a sequel to Milkman #1 I did not like it at all. Most of the first half was drunken nonsense rather than a narrative. The ending was better but felt it was a bit disconnected from the first story. Like they were forced together rather than fitted.

I loved it. I was totally creeped out by it.

The Ballad of the Flexible Bullet
Intriguing story on inspiration and insanity. Felt this was longer than it needed to be.

The Reach
A truly hearth warming story and an unusual type of story for Stephen King. Although it focus is on death it is not his tradition horror/spooky type. I loved how this story explores what happens to us after we die.
