There's actually not a whole lot I remember about this book! I've only read it twice so I'm pretty unfamiliar with the text. I remember the half-blood prince's book that Harry finds. And who the half-blood prince is. But that's about it. lol. I'm looking forward to refreshing!

I really like getting Voldemort's backstory in this book.

I finished yesterday. Holy crap, listening to that ending makes my mind erase any sympathy for Snape I remember having from reading Deathly Hallows. The hatred and rage just bubbled up!!!

The perception of Snape (view spoiler)[being a hero all along is pretty flawed. Maybe not movie Snape, but book Snape was a vindictive bully of young children, no matter his motivation in the end. (hide spoiler)]

Agreed. (view spoiler)[They definitely downplayed the bullying and romanticized him in the movies. And I definitely have had movie Snape in my head for years since I haven't re-read the books in such a long time. (hide spoiler)]
