Time to begin The True End of Civil Government, which is an essay by John Locke, found in the second part of Two Treatises of Government. A few years ago, I tried finding the essay online, but maybe I did not search long enough. Maybe someone else will have better luck, if he is not interested in buying the book.

This next read is a political argument in favor of more representative-type government, as opposed to monarchies. Sounds interesting -- then again, I thought Utopia sounded interesting.
