Yeah, I was just checking in to make sure this was noted here.

Controversial little guy, no doubt, but... I think at one point my early twenties self had at least 40 of his books. One life furnished in early Ellison.

I'm feeling a bit like what he described in his intro to Angry Candy...

Jack Of Shadows wrote: "I'm not familiar with the book Angry Candy and will have to check it out. I went over to Archive.org to see if they had a digital copy to borrow and they do, so I put myself on the wait list."

Angry Candy finds him grappling with the recent deaths of a lot of people important to him. If I remember right, there's a very big list with the names of a lot of his SFF elders.

Daniel (zlogdan) RIP. Never read him, but of course, I knew about him.

This video is a TV show where Gene Wolfe, Asimov, and Harlan Elison talk about science fiction and literature. If anyone has ever found out the transcription of the talking let me know, please.

Wow. Quite the panel. And a legendary host as well. Thanks for that.

Elsewhere on the intertubes: the video game version of "I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream" is currently on sale.
