Is that a colloquialism?
If you're trying to type fewer letters, why not type "needs checking"?
Actually if you were to run that through a grammar program it would tell you that there is nothing wrong with it.Also, why are you posting garbage to a thread.
Was not a merger, so was just posting a question, but I noticed sometime after I posted this thread that Paula posted this to the Merger thread.

The name is missing the "period" after the E. The books even have it on the covers, but profile does not, so I am thinking that somebody needs to rename the profile.
