Duplicate addition

I've recently published a print edition of Living with a Springer Spaniel: Pete and Me. The title now shows up as a duplicate on my dashboard. I'd like the editions combined, using the new cover, but not losing the few reviews I have on the older edition. Here's the link on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01H9HCK2W

I have a similar issue. There are duplicate copies of my novella REBIRTH listed. One has my reviews. Please combine the two and allow the reviews to remain.
