I really need to read the last book, I'm totally excited! But I'm waiting until it comes out in soft cover so I can buy it. I have a question in the 3rd book, did you like Thailia? I personally did, but I kinda hated how she was stealing Percy's 'thunder' lol.
wait... how? yeah i like her too. OMG the last book is like, SO GOOD! escpecially the end. (: (: BUT DONT SKIP AHEAD!!!

oh, like, even though we are like, ttly poor, my step dad bought me the hard cover version because I had had it on hold at the lib. for like, 4 weeks, and he knew that I would read it, so, YAY ME! (O.O)

I know what you mean about having them all in the same binding. I found this box set that is coming out soon that is hard back and since I don't have any of these books and haven't read any of them, I plan on buying that set!
Oh really? Hey, my sister just bought the Demigod Files and I was looking at it. There are some really cool drawings, some even of the characters.
I still haven't read the 5th one! It's so annoying! I have to read it soon! Maybe I'll get it from the libery this week.

Well, I haven't read the book but I'm going to see the movie on Wednesday, so that should be interesting seeing as I've always read the book first.

I loved the netire series. Zoe's exit in the 3rd was heartbreaking. Its an amazing series, really funn, interesting and original. I want to go to camp half blood. Better yet, I want a pegasus, Or a hellhound! :P

Im not sure...first I have to read the 5thalthouh there is going to be a camp half blood series and TLT graphic novel, maybe someone thought the new series was the same?

I love Annabeth. She's actually my favourite character. she's so funny, and strong and a little annoying at times, bt that makes her human. I know a lot of people don't like her, but I do. I like Thalia, but not as much. although the fact that she loved Luke, and said he never let her down madde me shed a tear
I agree with you on most parts there, Mairead. But I'll have to disagree with you on your final choice. I, myself, prefer Thaila better actually.
I do like her. she's cool. and she can control lightning, which ROCKS! I think it's because I got a feel for Annabeth more, since Thalia was really only in one and a half book, and briefly mentioned in the first two.
yeah, I just never warmed up to Annabeth, even if she was in every book. I'm not sure why.

i tried reading the first book around Christmas.. could not get into it.. i want to give it another try at some point though..as i keep hearing such good things about the series
These books were great, I loved them! The way Rick Riordan worked in the mythology was genious. Plus, Percy was a great hero, I rooted for him the whole time. Does anyone know if Percy and Annabeth are in The Lost Hero?
i know annabeth is. i read the first chapters when they became available on the internet and the appeared. apparently percy's been kidnapped *shruggs* well have to wait and read and see
