Blazing Readers: Please post at least four comments related to the book here (spoiler tags preferred) to earn your bonus points.

Enna and Princess Isi became fast friends in The Goose Girl, but after Isi married Prince Geric, Enna returned to the forest. Enna's simple life changes forever when she learns to wield fire and burn anything at will. Enna is convinced that she can use her ability for good--to fight Tira, the kingdom threatening the Bayern borders--and goes on secret raids to set fire to the Tiran camps and villages. But as the power of the fire grows stronger, she is less able to control her need to burn. In her recklessness she is captured by the Tiran army and held captive by a handsome, manipulative young captain who drugs her to keep her under his influence. Can Isi and her old friends Finn and Razo rescue her without sacrificing themselves? And with the fire still consuming her, will Enna find a way to manage the gift that threatens to destroy her?

~If you aren't Coralie~
Coralie already knows this, but I finished the book already and we've been discussing via email. Review

Here's some of the discussion so far:

Coralie: How did you like Enna Burning? :D I absolutely love it!

Me: I loved it! Do you know what I mean when I say it was a yummy book? Like, it wasn't always happy, but it made me feel warm inside. The (view spoiler) thing came as a big surprise to me, even though I should have expected it. xD I don't have a guess yet of whom the last book will be in the perspective of since the cover depicts a girl. Hmm. Don't tell me. xD But yeah, it'll be fun getting in Razo's head. I'm excited!

Coralie: Ooh! I won't say! I only remember the end anyway, so 🤐

*sigh* *swoon* Kay, I really, really love this book!!

Yeah, I had totally forgotten about (view spoiler)

Ah, I loved getting closer to Enna and getting a peek into the forest life again. I love Finn and his love for his ma. I love Isi and her relationship with Enna, and Geric, too. XD I like that they all feel like family, they're so loyal. And Razo cracks me up! I'm hoping I like the third book better this go around. I didn't dislike it, but I distinctly remember liking the first two books more.

And I still loved when (view spoiler) This is going to sound so bad, but I love (view spoiler)

And since I'm totally just gushing here, might as well throw this in (view spoiler)

Kay, well...guess I'll stop to breathe for a sec and give you a chance to respond to my info-gushing-dump. XD Can you tell I absolutely love this book?!

It does! I hadn't even thought of that as a possibility until they revealed it!

Yeah! I liked being able to see more of what the forest was like since the first book had been centered around the city.

Enna is an awesome character! (view spoiler)

Oh, yes, the romance! (view spoiler)

Hehe, you might love it juuust a little.
