Andrea Hicks (andreahickswriter) | 8 comments Thanks to Olivia, my books are now under my own name and account. Unfortunately, the old pseudonym I used is still being included. Is it possible to remove the name 'Valentina Hepburn' from the listings? She doesn't exist anymore. Also, I would like to change to cover of The Dandelion Clock to the new one. I'm happy to do it myself if given the instructions.
Many thanks

Scott | 25167 comments The old pseudonym is still included because it is GR policy to retain the name under which a work was originally published.

I'll take a look at The Dandelion Clock and add a new edition if necessary.

So, no change or addition needed.

Olivia (livka) | 7927 comments Andrea,
unfortunately you won't be able to set a default edition yourself, as you don't have the primary author account claimed.

Please contact support and ask them to change it for you.

For books published under multiple versions of the author's name or published under multiple pseudonyms: The first author listed for any and all editions should be the author name the book was originally published under - so the reissued edition would need its primary author name changed to the originally published pen name, with the additional name added as secondary for all editions with it on the cover. Doing this will allow the various editions to be combined.

Andrea Hicks (andreahickswriter) | 8 comments How do I claim primary author? I have five books with which this name is attached.
Many thanks

Olivia (livka) | 7927 comments Hi Andrea,
to claim a second profile you would need to use different email address than the one you used to claim the current one.
To claim the profile you can use the link below:
