Hope you are all having a nice father's day.

Are there any good books about father on the list?

A Tree Grows is Brooklyn has a flawed father, but Francy loves him just the same.

I just finished Gilead by Marilynne Robinson. The narrator is an aging minister who has a young wife and a six year old son. The story is told as a series of journal entries that the father hopes to leave for his son to read when he is older. There is much discussion of the nature of family, about fathers and sons and the relationships they have with one another.
