Okay, I can't figure out the title or the author of this book. What I remember is:

The guy was some kind of big shot.
He goes home after leaving the bar and his ex is in his driveway.
She leaves him a baby girl and drives off.
I want to say the girl's name is Payton or something.
I know he has an assistant that comes over to help him out.

Meanwhile the female lead needs a new job and is hunting online.
Finds that the male lead needs a nanny.
She goes over, he hires her, and so on.

I also want to say the guy is a former football player, but take that with a grain of salt.

Note: It also comes in the form of an audiobook.
