Changing the title and cover of the published book

I'm in the process of changing the title and the cover of the published book. Can anyone tell me what I have to do now?

And also, what about the reviews that I got for the published one?

You will have a new edition combined with the existing ones, so they will share reviews and ratings.
You'll be able to set up a new edition as default.

Please remember not to change any data on existing editions, even if they will have the same ISBN or ASIN number.

As far as I know, Amazon lets the e-book edition with the same ISBN number, but the paperback edition gets a new ISBN when the title is changed.

As the author, you will have the ability to change which edition of the book is the default, which will come up in searches by title and show on your author profile. Here's how:
