June Book

I’m so excited to be starting this group! I feel as though June is the perfect time to start reading books for a LGBT+ group because it’s pride month. How would everyone like the book club aspect of this group to be set up? Should we all read the same book or pick different books from the same genre? How often should we read/ discuss a book? Please let me know if you have any preferences or ideas!

If anyone is looking for a book to read this month, I have been working on Victory: The Triumphant Gay Revolution by Linda Hirshman. It’s a nonfiction book about the history of the gay rights movement and the gay community. At the end of the month we can all discuss the books we’ve read, whether they have an LGBT theme or not.
