Danita L (ladygoshawke) | 660 comments Change format from unknown binding to Hardcover in the following:

Add cover image for both HC and PB:

Also add description from dust jacket flap:

"Never before published in its entirety, this compelling dialogue between a great American artist and the first person to recognize her talent consists of nearly 200 splendidly intimate letters and over 75 sketches. The correspondence that flowered between Georgia O'Keeffe and Anita Pollitzer, beginning in 1915 and continuing until 1968, brings two brilliant personalities to life."

Add Editor: Clive Giboire

Danita L (ladygoshawke) | 660 comments Bumping this up as the issues haven't been addressed yet. I own a first edition of this book. I'm a Georgia O'Keeffe fan and owned a bookstore at the time the book was published so it was natural to purchase a copy.

A friend and I were discussing the correspondences of O'Keeffe which is how I realized there wasn't much information on Goodreads regarding the book.

If further corroboration is needed, please ask. I can send photos / scans of everything as the book is at my desk.

Thank you.

Abcdarian | 23355 comments What is the source of your cover image, and which edition is it for? We can't just use the same one for two separate editions, unless both ISBNs are listed on the publisher page, for example.

Danita L (ladygoshawke) | 660 comments As I indicated, I owned a bookstore for years. The source of the cover image is me as I own the book and have it at my desk here.

I sold both the HC and pb of the book while owning the store and both have the same cover.

Danita L (ladygoshawke) | 660 comments Additionally, if you would like to check on Amazon which is an accepted version, they do show the PB edition as corroboration - but my scan is a better copy of the cover.

Very simple to pull up Amazon for confirmation.

Abcdarian | 23355 comments Librarians are required to match ISBNs and covers, so I still need to know if your scan/photo is for the paperback or hardcover. I am aware that they use basically the same picture on the cover, but I have to follow rules. (Knowing whether it was your own scan/photo or something found online is another requirement.)

Really not trying to be difficult here; I'd like nothing better than to attach your cover to both, but I can't do it that way. We can't, for example, copy a cover from one edition to another.

Danita L (ladygoshawke) | 660 comments My scan is of the Hardcover.

Abcdarian | 23355 comments Thank you; added. I found a half decent cover for the paperback on abebooks (allowed as owned by Amazon) and added.
