Order doesn't really matter, though we could so the sub series by order

Sedat Yıldız | 263 comments You can count me in as well if a discworld BR is planned from the start.

Narilka | 3364 comments Book 26 because both Silvana and I need to to complete the Death sub series. I have a whole bunch I need to read and this series is highly rereadable.

Actually, a couple of us were reading Wyrd Sisters. I'm still not finished :(

Silvana (silvaubrey) | 1818 comments Well, I have these DW to read:
The Reaper Man
Soul Music
The Truth
Moving Pictures

Let me know if anyone wanna BR :D

Silvana (silvaubrey) | 1818 comments Can only start next week (around the 11th or 12th). I hope thats okay for you, Narilka 😆

Narilka | 3364 comments No problem! I'm starting tonight anyway. Don't worry, I'll keep an eye on the thread :)

Narilka | 3364 comments Terry Pratchett has such a way with words. This is from page 2 so not a spoiler:

For something to exist, it has to be observed.

For something to exist, it has to have a position in time and space.

And this explains why nine-tenths of the mass of the universe is unaccounted for.

Narilka | 3364 comments I just realized that without chapters posting spoilers will be more difficult. So...

I'm reading a US mass market paperback and the story is 357 pages.

Andorion (ruineleint) just started.

The first page alone contains so many puns...

Silvana (silvaubrey) | 1818 comments Just started as well. Indeed the first page is already so hilarious. Oh my. I miss Pratchett.

Silvana (silvaubrey) | 1818 comments 5% (page 26) I am reading the Kindle version with 420 pages.

And 11% (page 47)

We have an Igor! His conversation with Jeremy was just divine.

I love the Igors

Narilka, I do love that statement about us humans :)

Pratchett had this way of inserting great philosophy into such hilarious narratives. But then he could be downright silly. I enjoyed the silliness of the (view spoiler)

Glad this is (view spoiler) Oh I hope it would not be that cliched.

Andorion (ruineleint) 19% in.

We have Rule Number One!

Narilka | 3364 comments Silvana wrote: "Pratchett had this way of inserting great philosophy into such hilarious narratives..."

Oh my yes. It's amazing how deep he can go and yet keep it silly too. It's an amazing skill.

Welcome to Pratchett.

Andorion (ruineleint) 34% in.

The entire subversion of sooooo many martial arts movie tropes through the Lu Tze and Lobsang conversations is extremely enjoyable.

Any bets on who Susan meets? Jeremy or Lobsang?

Narilka | 3364 comments I wonder what kind of looks I'd get if I tried to carry around a broom LOL

Never forget Rule Number One!

Silvana (silvaubrey) | 1818 comments Arkadeb, at this point (50%) I feel it could be either one. At least my earlier suspicion was not true.

Narilka | 3364 comments 75% (view spoiler)

Andorion (ruineleint) Enjoyed it just as much as ever.

(view spoiler)

Narilka | 3364 comments I finished too. I think I've found my favorite book in the Death sub-series :)

(view spoiler)

Silvana (silvaubrey) | 1818 comments Just finished. I have to say I found the plot lines quite jumbled in my mind especially when it comes to the monks. The twist and horsemen were great, though.
