This month we are visiting Singapore – a nation that consists of a single city! With a cityscape that looks right out of the pages of a sci-fi book, it will be fun to see what this relatively new nation/capital has to offer.

✱ Singapore is a country, an island, a city AND a capital!! It’s one of only three surviving city-states in the world, joining Monaco and The Vatican.
✱ It gained its independence from the Malaysian Federation on August 9, 1965.
✱ Most of its 6 million people live on ONE of its 63 islands with an average 20,600 Singaporeans per sq. mile.
✱ Being a melting pot of so many different cultures, Singapore is the most religiously diverse country in the world.
✱ Singapore sits just 85 miles North of the equator, so its weather is either hot and dry or hot and rainy.

Choose a level and enjoy your visit!
Day Tripper: 4 Attractions
