What's the location - country, region, big city/small town?
I think it was more recent than 2014/2015...I'm pretty sure it was on the US....
I remember the h used to live in a trailer park and her mother still lived there... and it was kind of close to the h new house...

The release date for the book was June 2018 and not all of the above details match, buuut it sounds like it was first available as an ebook in 2016 and underwent some changes prior to traditional publication, so it very well could be.

Yeah that is exactly it. Earlier version was meant to be a part of a series, new version was written as a standalone. Older version includes all the details mentioned in the first post. Such as pregnancy drama with an ex-girlfriend. Last version doesn't have that.

The h was a foster kid and was adopted or being fostered in the H rich family. I only remember she was kicked out of a lot of schools because of her boyfriend but her social worker liked her and kept trying. The H ex girl is pregnant and a family friend. They go on vacation on a cruise I think and their house is robbed and a painting was stolen and the h was framed by the ex girlfriend. I'm not sure when I read it but it was as an ebook. TY
