Urban Fantasy/Adult Fiction: Main heroine possibly on the run from vampires and has massive pentacle back tattoo that is magic??

Found a book in a little second hand book store around 2014/2015?
My sister got rid of it and I haven't been able to find it since.

The cover had a girl with a pentacle tattoo on her back.
The story followed her where she was hiding/running from a group of vampires (i think something like a vampire mob/mafia). I think the tattoo was either a ward or linked her to the vampires??
