Curse Words, as in a fairy tale curse.

Meeting Minutes:
July's meeting was held at Jason's Deli due to the construction at Lomas Tramway, so book club members dined on soups, salads and swear words.

If you'd like to join us at the next book club meeting, we would love to have you. Our usual location and time is the Lomas Tramway Library community room at 2pm every first Saturday of the month. We can't guarantee that there will be swear words but when appropriate, an occasional lip-slip does occur.

By the way, our book club is geared toward adults but we welcome younger comic book fans who are ready to talk about the book.

On to the ratings:
7, 6, 8, 5, 7, 6.5

This book reminded a few of us of Rick and Morty (that's a good thing.) The paneling was fun and interesting for a comedy comic book. It's not often that we talk about the comedic timing of jokes within a comic book.

For the few of us that went on to read the second book, they liked the second one better. Usually we don't read beyond the first book in a series, but you're welcome to read ahead and talk about it at the club. Sometimes a member will ask not to be spoiled of any plot points, but the first book is always talked about extensively.

Margaret was a preferred character overall and we speculated on what will become of her.

As always our conversation took a hike through the winding mountainous range of pop culture. Here are the works belittled, debated and honored in no particular order.
