We are starting a new monthly series called Musical Group of the Month. Each month we will feature a new group.

You may do as many tasks as you wish.

TASKS:
The Beatles were an English rock band formed in Liverpool in 1960. The members consisted of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr.
🎸 1. Read a book with a setting that begins with L OR with 4 prominent characters.

Rooted in skiffle, beat, and 1950s rock and roll, the Beatles later experimented with several genres, ranging from pop ballads and Indian music to psychedelia and hard rock, often incorporating classical elements in innovative ways.
🎸 2. Read a book with 2 or more genres listed on the MAIN PAGE OR from a genre you don't read regularly.

McCartney and Best were arrested for arson after they set fire to a condom in a concrete corridor; the authorities deported them from Germany.
🎸 3. Read a book where a character is arrested or uses a condom OR set in Germany.

Producer George Martin signed the Beatles to EMI's Parlophone label.
🎸 4. Read a book whose title begins with E, M or I.

In late October of 1963, the Beatles began a five-day tour of Sweden, their first time abroad since the final Hamburg engagement of December 1962.
