Read about 5 years ago. A young woman is hired to work for a construction company and falls in love with her boss. The father of the man is very sweet and when she gets married and pregnant with her sons child and falls asleep on the couch in the trailer her covers her up.

Do you mean the Neighbor from Hells series by R.L. Mathewson? This sounds a bit like the 2nd book, Perfection.ETA: Great minds think alike.
