SOLVED. YA Graphic Novel: Vampire moves in next door to high school girl. [s]

Read sometime between 2006 and 2010, probably published in early 2000s.
High school girl sees a coffin in a moving truck outside the house next door. She gets to know the new neighbour (tinge of romance?) but wanders into his house one night and catches him drinking blood from the fridge. This is towards the end, I think it was a fairly short graphic novel, possibly continued in a series.
The cover had a bit of green on it.
