Refresh book rating stats -- I did this and it came out all wrong

Good afternoon, and thank you in advance for helping.

I had 58 rating and 30 reviews (all unique) and after I refreshed, the stats now say I have 46 ratings and 21 reviews, plus, the number of people who added it dropped from 1101 to 1070. Did I do something wrong? I know for certain there were no duplicates, so I'm upset that so many ratings/reviews/adds simply evaporated. Again, thank you; I know your time is valuable.

Other than refreshing stats for you, there's nothing librarians can do about this problem. I'd suggest contacting support directly so they can look into it for you.
