Nicolas Chinardet (zefrog) | 183 comments My edition's ISBN is 9780217964760
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...

the book is 195 pages long ( not 108)
it was printed on 07 January 2011 (This is a print on demant edition - this OCR edition was created in 2010)

There isn't currently a proper blurb so I've written one:

Eighteen year old, Malcom "Keddy" Forth is going up to Oxford. There he will join is best friend, the straight-laced Arthur Pollock and will be faced with all kinds of unknown dangers and temptations. This is what Mr Carpenter, a kindly and slightly pompous clergyman of his acquaintance, feels the need to warn young Forth from on the eve of his departure. After all, due to a heart defect, Malcolm has never been to school and is not prepared for what awaits him. One must remain vigilant always!

Soon, Keddy falls under the spell of the most beautiful man in Oxford: Robert "Bobbie" Wilton, heir to a baronet. The two become friends but Bobbie's unorthodox behaviour soon draws upon him the ire of Rev Bernard Colquhoun and leads him to be ostracised by his peers. At the risk of his own standing with his friends, Keddie, dazzled and intuiting the goodness in Bobbie's charater, decides to stick by his new friend as more and more opprobrium is heaped upon him. As the two grow closer, a scandalous situation and a trial will lead to Bobbie's downfall and his ultimate redemption.

Published in 1907, this touching story of a romantic friendship is embued of a modern feel thanks to the satirical tone that weaves through its pages. This is an OCR edition with typos.
