One of the most cruelly satisfying stories I've ever read. Cruel because the MC flabbergasts people with words and actions in ways you would not have imagined. And cruel because the author is a sadist to readers. How? EVERY SINGLE RELEASE is a cliffhanger. Every one. This is a story that reading it will shorten your lifespan due to built up frustration and anticipation from SOO MANY cliffhangers. It would be much better for my health if I only read this story every week or two so that I could binge a bit but alas willpower is not high enough. I am forced to torture myself.

I honestly think that this is one of the best stories I've read so far, and I've read a lot. Everything about is well-thought and unique, (little to no tropes) and it never felt dull and it was all fleshed out. This has been a popular story for a while. So I recommend and suggest you read this story, here's why:
Translation Quality: The translations are great, (as expected from Qidian) and the story makes me laugh as the protagonist smacks the faces of people who underestimated him, I've seen little to no errors at all concerning grammar or punctuation and it makes it easy for you to understand what's happening.
Updating Stability/Speed: It ticks me off since this story is one of the best I've read so far, I constantly wait and there are many other people like me out there. 1 chapter everyday for 5 days in a week isn't enough, taking into account the quality of this story and how brilliant it is. Thought the updating speed isn't good for those impatient, the stability is true to it's word. They always update every day which is enough for me.
World Building: It slowly builds up and doesn't just throw a bunch of information at you expecting to have to have powers like the main character here (unless you do). The build up of the world is decent but it just doesn't explain enough really about the roles and the other places other than where the main character is. It just gives you the information you need where you are.
Character Design: The characters are well-fleshed out and their are no characters being introduced that are basically just 2-D with no personality. They all have a role and even if they play a minor one they are mentioned a few more times later on in the story. The characters develop throughout the story and don't just have the same personality.
Story Development: The plot of the story is very interesting as it is, I've read many online and translated novels and this barely follows any tropes, (you can't expect there to be none with so many stories). It also goes at a decent pacing that is persistent, (he doesn't just rise 4 realms in 1 go). You can expect the plot to be great as it's very unique, I was always wanting more and it never felt dull.
You can expect the story to be brilliant and splendid, you will always be on the edge of your seat! I rate this 4.6 stars!

I totally agree. I feel like I wish there was a mega translating something so the translation would be that and I could binge read it all
Translations are great as expected of Qidian? I don't think so. While I appreciate your review and the insights you share on the other aspects of the novel this part is simply wrong. Qidian does not oversee or have anything to do with the translating or editing of
Agree w Vent - this good due to the author/translator - not Qidian. Give your kudos to the author/translator - not the group that makes money from them.

Entertaining and fun! An Author's Opinion: Pick this book up and give it a chance!
This story is a mid paced adventure that will entertain you with it's fantastic reactions and fascinating storyline. The mystical power our main character has is unique and one of a kind, and he uses this power to get out of a host of problematic scenarios.
This story's strong point is its humor and reactions, as well as its developing scenarios. It's all very fun to read, and really leaves you wanting more.
There is currently no major overriding plot beyond our character getting stronger and the story developing, but there is still room for this to develop.
As of now, it feels similar to a slice of life novel, but with storylines that hook up, to a degree. The situations that unfold are usually loosely connected in that they happen as a result of the previous scenario.
The story starts out great with so many face slapping. Yet, although the main character has read ao many books, he still oblivious oh how to act a decent manner. At first it seems great, yet the author repetitive scheme to face slap the other characters just makes it duller and boring.
By the way, are we going to consider that he, as a teacher, are only around 2-3 years older than these guys? At least it seems that that fiery girl with the weird sickness was around 16-17
are you excited about it? (i jokie, i joke) but more seriously the weird malady girl will have a romsnce with the teacher, i'm almost sure of it. but because the teacher is a mc, he'll be cold and distznt and it will be one sided

I think too that this could be a mc with a harem but 100% sure...

Who cares who's the bitches I only here to read. Don't tell me the Qidian security is made out of tofu, if Qidian didn't give them who did beside the author. wouldn't Qidian complain first why wait till a year later. I doesn't makes sense. I don't care who WuXia World or Qidian. I only want to read. I lossed 15 novel to read because of this Shitty War between the 2.

SoToasty Lv 4This chapter is pushing the limit of the MC's abilities a bit. His library told him what was wrong with the girl's leg, but as stated previously, the book doesn't give solutions to problems. Also, he just because powerful enough to use the zephyr technique, so he obviously hasn't made time to study any of this crap, yet he casually executed it like an expert. This could be accredited to his perfect cultivation technique, but does not explain his knowledge on acupuncture.

I would prefer if this guy’s first lesson is that he needs to have a proper attitude to his teacher - and that he made a clear acceptance of the bet of his former teacher. He should be assigned cleaning/servant work and to observe the improvements in and comments from “his fellow students”.
And then told that when he learns to respect his teacher, then only will he be given the teachings to advance like the other students.
This seems... normal and proper to me, and fits the concept of a cultivation teacher.
He is going to convince each and every student 👨🎓 one by one
