Christina Rochester (christinarochester) Here's the May WCRTM challenge. As usual the aim is to see who can read the most books over the course of the month.
All books must be started and finished in the month of May.
The points system will work as follows:
150-249 pages - 1 point
250-349 pages - 2 points
350-449 pages - 3 points
450+ pages - 4 points
All pages are done based off the Goodreads Paperback pages.

Bonus points can also be earned.
2 points for including a link to your review (at least two paragraphs long)
1 point if the book is a standalone
1 point per book in series (if the entire series is read in May).
1 point per story in book if the book is an anthology of short stories.

Participants:
1. Christina - 18 points
2. Amy leigh - 234 points
3. Tiffany - 57 points
4. Jazmyn - 60 points

This new job is really wearing me out. Most weeks I’ve been working 6 days a week. Though it looks like that may be changing some. And even though I’ve been there almost 3 months now, I’m still learning so much that I’m exhausted. But, I really do love my job. I’m getting the chance to really help people who are going through a really difficult time.

I hate when that happens! I can’t afford to buy all of the books I read, even with my kindle unlimited and Scribd accounts and my ARCs, so I depend on the library a lot. But I hate waiting! Lol, so for some series, I give in and but, like the In Death series. Last time I tried to get the kindle book from the library, I was #45 on the list. No way! Lol

What's bad is you can tell when I started getting sick bc my reviews are terrible on those books.

Christina Rochester (christinarochester) Update: little babyDavid is as healthy as can be expected at 26 weeks; he’s on a ventilator and various antibiotics and they’ve said at this stage we just need to see how he goes day by day. So we will see how this journey goes now.

message 48: by Christina (new)

Christina Rochester (christinarochester) And Tiffany you don’t need to have read the rest of the series to do a review for a later book; but for points to count over here you need to at least read the book you’re reviewing

Yikes! I’ll be praying for you to feel better quickly! I had a bit of a tummy bug on Tuesday and whenever I get sick or anything happens to stir up my immune system, I always end up with my fibromyalgia flaring up. Add that with the overcast, rainy weather and Walmart screwing my meds up so that I had to go without for a night (and my patch takes about 12 hours to start working again if it wears off), all combined to make me miserable this week. I even missed 3 days of work. And it’s supposed to be rainy and overcast for another week!!
