I read a book in 2006 -2007 when I was in the 6th grade. The book was about a girl who moved closer to an old friend. The girls where in middle school or high school. the girls friend ended up being mean, and only wanted to hang out with the popular girls. the girl's friend's dad was some kind of vet, who need money for his clinic. The girl does a fundraiser to help raise money for his clinic, but one of the popular girls wants to have her birthday party or something the same day. that's all I remember....
