Amazon has 384. WorldCat has 368. You have 347. Any idea where the discrepancy comes in? Is there unnumbered front or back matter that your 347 count doesn't include? Depending on what it is, it may be counted as valid pages by Goodreads. Here is the criteria for page numbering:

For Authentic Leadership, WorldCat says 140. Are there 4 extra pages in the back? Or are those 4 pages an ad or something for other books?

For Intellectual Property Strategy, Amazon says 192 and WorldCat says 172. Do you have the physical paperback or the ebook edition associated with the same ISBN?

For audiobooks, we use the length of the recording in hours, rounded up. Changed Crazy Rich Asians to 14 pages.

Sorry, I was actually looking at it the wrong way, I thought that one had to exclude the references/bibliography/index, etc. and include only the 'actual pages' that you read. Thank you for the link to the guidelines!
