Princess Alissa (princess_alissa) | 5 comments The hardcover edition w/ 258 pages is missing a cover. When: The Scientific Secrets of Perfect Timing by Daniel H. Pink

I don’t know how to link the image so I linked the author’s website with the cover.

Michael Korleone (michaelkorleone) | 3881 comments I merged the blank edition without any details to default hardcover edition that already has cover from author's website

Princess Alissa (princess_alissa) | 5 comments The number of pages are different.

Michael Korleone (michaelkorleone) | 3881 comments 258 vs 272? Worldcat lists ISBN 9780735210622 to have 258 pages. Amazon lists it as 272 pages which is probably where the count came from for the GR record. Do you own a copy with this ISBN?

Princess Alissa (princess_alissa) | 5 comments That is the ISBN on the book. I think it’s odd that there are two different page counts. What I don’t understand is, are there really two versions of the book with different amounts of pages or was there a misunderstanding somewhere? My concern is that it would interfere when tracking reading progress.

Michael Korleone (michaelkorleone) | 3881 comments Different places have different rules for counting the number of pages. These are the GR rules - https://www.goodreads.com/help/show/2...

Worldcat is the closest to follow the same rules as GR and they list 9780735210622 with 258 pages. A book in hand trumps every other source, so if you can confirm that the GR record matches all your book details including the cover, I can mark the page count as 258. Please let me know

Princess Alissa (princess_alissa) | 5 comments How can I confirm?

Princess Alissa (princess_alissa) | 5 comments I took a video that shows the cover, publisher, page count, and ISBN. Here’s the link: https://youtu.be/QdHoyk1gxGo
