Jessica Help! I'm confused on the timeline a little bit...When Juliette is talking to Nezeera and she reveals that Warner and Lena broke up 8 months ago...whats the significance of the 8 months? Has it been 8 months since Warner took Juliette out of the Asylum??

Jodi Mullins I believe that Warner has had Juliette with him for about 6 months and sort of gave her the impression in Ignite Me that he has not had friends or relationships before Juliette.

Jessica Okay! I just couldn’t remember if he broke up with Lena and then the next day got Juliette out of the asylum.

Kira Nieves Ok was anybody else super annoyed with Juliette in this book? Specifically in the scene where Warner tells her about her sister and what he did to her. He could've chosen not to say anything and let her find out through somebody else but he finally musters up the courage to talk to her about part of his past and once he's done she completely freaks out thinking he's a monster. Ummm like what happened to the girl who knew he did horrible things in his past, mostly because of his father, but knows that he his not that person anymore and didn't judge him for it? Like I understand that the big bombshell that she has a sister, learning that she's been tortured, and knowing that her parents are alive is jarring, but why are you getting mad at him? Especially since Warner DID NOT KNOW who Juliette's sister was and literally just found out. She was just so unreasonable and intense in her anger and i'm still so pissed at the way she reacted in that moment.

I totally agree. I think her reaction was completely uncalled for. His character has grown so much over the three books. She needs to forgive him and get back together. I think a lot will be explained in the next book. I was completely blown away by the end of the book. I think Warner was part of the experiment as well if he had no memory of Juliette or her sister, yet they all grew up together?

Wise Cat I just finished this book a couple of days ago, and I agree with both of you, Jodi and Kira. Juliette should have forgiven Warner. I can't believe she turned against him. She needs all the friends she can get.

The ending blew me away, and I agree that Warner must have been a part of this "experiment" too

Seems Juliette (or "Ella"?) grew up with her sister AND Warner (Aaron). They did mention memory wiping, like in The Maze Runner series, so he doesn't remember that either.

I also got the impression Warner had no friends or relationships with girls at all, until Juliette. I guess he wanted her to think that, or he believed it himself. He did say Lena was not a "real"relationship, that he hardly saw her in the 2 years they were "together" and there was no connection.
