It's ok! I wasn't able to start until recently and then I've had goodreads errors every time I try to come to groups!

I'm only about 68 pages in but I'm going to knock out more tomorrow.

ok i'm up to page 102, which is chapter 11

(view spoiler)[I'm still not completely sold on the characters. I feel bad but I kind of can't stand the MC lol. I hope once there's more magic in the story then things will get more interesting. Right now my biggest complaint is that the voices of the main characters are all similar. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[The constant POV switching is ineffective in my opinion. And honestly I don't really care about Amari as much. Her brother is more interesting because of the magi thing. But, one thing I don't like is this forced romance btwn the brother and Zelie. I wish it wasn't there. (hide spoiler)]
