Ch 6 - This is a crazy start! (view spoiler)[ The accident with her parents was so intense! Her birth father is an ass - I don't care how hurt you are by something that happened 18 years ago, you don't treat people that way. And I'm disappointed that Cage's character has a tendency to treat her badly as well. I want to like him, but he is ruining it. It's really not surprising that she is so moved by the kindness of someone outside the pack, when her own is treating her like a prisoner. (hide spoiler)]

I'm still not understanding how this feud has been going on for 18 years, and it was all started by a (still) unsolved mystery death. It seems like both sides are shooting themselves in the feet by continuing it. I hope that stopping this battle will make them think about it a little. Enter voice of reason?? (hide spoiler)]

I agree, a bit predictable but still an enjoyable read.

I think the only thing that really surprised me was that every time they stepped off pack land, I expected Kyle's pack to attack them - even when they were in Philly, I expected something bad to happen, and it didn't. It's as if that part of the storyline just disappeared. (hide spoiler)]

This series is just "meh" to me. I think I am going to stop here even though Cage's story is next. Part of me wants to know what happens to him on his own, but there are so many other books I want to read. Ya know?
