Ch 7 - (view spoiler)[ I like Sawyer and the little family she has pieced together with Liam and Charlie, but I do worry that all her activities (even the good ones) are going to put them in danger. And if the cops can track her to NY (the Italian fighter guy has to be one of them, right?), can't Axel track her just as easily?? If he is as big and bad as they say, he has to have a network and maybe even a mole or two in the cops, right? (hide spoiler)]

Ch 13 - (view spoiler)[ This is giving me the same feel as The Vixen's Lead. Not that I am complaining. I like that series too. But here we are, she's moved in with them and is expected to train to be an agent. We've even got the quiet creepy guy Quinn that is intense and doesn't seem to like her (just like Austin), and Vincent is like River. I'm excited to see where this goes. (hide spoiler)]

Ch 16 - (view spoiler)[ Yep! Just like Austin - Quinn is pushing her away, and yet seems to like her at the same time. So we are 60% through and there isn't any hanky panky going on yet, but you can tell it's coming, right? BTW, I'm wondering how long it will take them to figure out she is Shadow and still want her around. (hide spoiler)]

Ch 23 - (view spoiler)[ How did they know she would be in the parking lot right then? Axel must have a mole in the IMPO - I would guess that Jon guy because he is such a dick, but who knows. I can't bring myself to think it is someone within Vincent's group, even if he is Axel's brother. BTW, I wonder how that falling out happened! I hope we find out! (hide spoiler)]

Finished - (view spoiler)[ I was expecting a reverse harem book to have more than just a couple of kisses, so the smut lover in me was a tiny bit disappointed that nothing else happened. I still really liked this book though. They guys seem genuine and I liked that they figured out a way to keep their strong senses of justice AND protect her at the same time despite her past. And Sawyer, while messed up in the head, had a bunch of good qualities too. I'm a bit worried that we haven't seen the end of Axel, but I guess we will have to wait for the next book (out next month?) to find out. (hide spoiler)]
