Hugo (hugo_nebula) | 730 comments Hi, Nicolas.

Those editions on Abebooks are both hardbacks, whereas the Goodreads entry is paperback - we would need to match ISBNs to add details. Annoyingly, of the three entries on Worldcat, only this ISBN edition doesn't have a synopsis.

So - I've added the hardback to the GR database, and made its Description the default, so it should populate all editions - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...

If you have a copy of either edition in hand, and could give us the back cover or inside flap blurb, that would be even better.

Nicolas Chinardet (zefrog) | 181 comments Thanks for doing that. I don't have a copy of the book I'm afraid. But looking at Abe earlier it seems that the cover for the paperback is different to that of the hardback. https://www.abebooks.co.uk/products/i...
Unless this is yet another edition

That is the standard placeholder image for sellers on Abebooks who don't upload book covers or use the actual stock image of any other seller's photos. Checking for these books on Worldcat and Abebooks, I found that the paperback and hardback covers are identical, though Goodreads rules that ISBNs must match, so we cannot use one for the other.

In the absence of book cover blurb, we can use Wikipedia, so I've added that relevant paragraph to the book's default Description, with credit.
