Student.Long, black, transparent hair that is wavy at the ends. Her hair lets off a pitch black mist. She has no eyes. Transparent skin because she's a ghost. She wears poor clothes since she was poor when she died. Is evil and always has been. Takes the form of will-o-the-wisps to lure people to the River Thames where she strangles, tortures and drowns them. She can leave the location she normally haunts and goes around terrifying people for fun.
14 y.o., I think she's in grade 8 but I'm not sure if the American system or another system is being used.
