Mistakenly added my new book twice, need to add cover

I added my novel, "Love & Murder," twice and missed the link to add the cover. How do I correct this with one entry with the cover?

I've corrected the incorrect Author name and Title for the stray Kindle edition, Combined this with the two editions you added, Merged one for deletion, and added the cover from Amazon for the remaining paperback edition. It may take a while for all the changes to show up, until the cache clears.
