On March 13, 2018, this request was submitted. It has not yet been addressed, The book is only being sold on Amazon/Kindle Unlimited. The cover is incorrect on the original listing, as is the title. Both editions are Kindle editions. The ASIN is B07BBQC7VF. One is an alternative cover edition. The alternative cover edition has the correct title and cover. Can you please combine the two editions so it shows only one edition (a Kindle version) with the correct cover and title? The author has requested this change.

There have been two requests to combine these two editions into one with the corrected book cover for the combined edition. To date, nothing has been done to fix this, and no communication has been forthcoming to the author or me. It's my understanding the author also requested this change. Could you please acknowledge that you have made this change? The alternative cover edition was created in error. That cover is the correct cover. It is what is shown on the Kindle edition on Amazon, and it is sold exclusively at Amazon.

Was the cover on the "pre-release cover edition" distributed as an advanced reader copy, in either ebook for physical formats?

No. No paperback copies were issued as ARCs. I received an e-book ARC which had the second (current) cover on it. The original cover posted on Goodreads was only intended to be an interim cover until the cover was finalized. The final version of the cover was literally available on Amazon as a preorder less than six hours after the book was first put up on Goodreads.
