Contemporary romance with widow getting back with his first love who left him without saying goodbye because his father molested her

The story is about the heroine being abused by her future stepfather. Ashamed she disappears leaving her boyfriend without a word. Years later, we learn that the hero is a widow, having married one of her best friend (or cousin). There is one or two kids (I can't remembered). The wife was sterile so she asked her best friend if she could give her eggs. She did so his kids are actually hers as well but he doesn't know. He just think that it was a anonymous donor. The wife died of cancer I think.
