I don't remember a lot about this book. Sorry!! The hero and heroine are neighbors. The heroine' s dog keeps escaping to the hero's yard to be with his dog. The heroine takes in her nephew after sister is out all day and night partying. Moves her mom (or grandmother) into a rest home. Sister robs a store at one point with her boyfriend at the time. Please help!!!!

I read it within the last year, but it was older maybe 2013 to 2016. I can just give more detail on the story. The H hits on the h every time he sees her and she turns him down. Her father raises her I believe and that's why her sister hates her. He dies and leaves her money I believe and she uses that to get a new car and place her mother or grandmother into a rest home.
