☕ Lachgas ♿ (lachgas) | 6177 comments Saw that maybe Harry Potter https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3... (on wrong written initial profile) and actually only went on Amazon for getting rid of that ugly Look inside stuff on the GR picture.
But that leads to https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/174... which shows it's only a third party seller, with the same picture and totally differnt author names listed - and only 56 pages.

And although HP #1 was short - not that short ...
Going over the GR buttons to worldcat brings up no result.(didn't do more research there as it's late here)

So what's that? A real HP edition that needs combining? Or some sort of fake book or whatever I just never came across before?
As that will need a super for a merge I should be more confident what's really needed before asking unneccessarily in the thread.

It is probably a book about the Rowling book. I suggest undoing the author change.

Note that the original listed author has other such books, like this: https://www.amazon.com/Door-Wall-L-I-...

☕ Lachgas ♿ (lachgas) | 6177 comments Didn't even look into the log because I thought it was just another bad imported initial :)
Correcting the author sounds reasonable.

should the cover be removed too? It feels a bit misleading because it leads to the impression it is the HP? (at least for my eyes)

edit: oh it really got imported as J. K. Rowling and no mention of the other names*sigh*

Derek (derek_broughton) | 29 comments I still think the cover needs to be removed, whatever it is. The cover image given is (Amazon's) image for the real book, so is clear copyright violation.

Amazon actually has this ISBN linked to both the Jaffe 'book' and Rowling!

Derek (derek_broughton) | 29 comments Also, how is it that Jaffe can show as the TOP result when searching for "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone"? I thought results were prioritized by number of times shelved. This sort of thing isn't good for readers OR authors.
