Athena
Wise and composed amidst her fellow deities, Athena spoke rarely and was best known for mercy. Her favorite companion, an owl she called Bubo, guided her actions with the perfection of knowledge.

You are a thinker, not necessarily a mechanical genius, but your mind is never at rest. You enjoy literature and poetry, and you likely took debate in high school. You have friends, very few and very close, but for them you would do anything. You likely have a pet whom you adore as well.

message 2: by Anna (new)

Anna Hermes
The Messenger of the Gods, Hermes is fast and reliable in his duties, but in his off time is a horrible prankster and delights in mischief and mistaken identities. He is both kind and capricious and is often associated with Bacchus.

You are, just like Hermes, a trickster, a joker. You like laughter and comedy, you enjoy the company of others who laugh with you. You can be serious though, and often use your jokes to bring those who are out of control back down to earth.

Man, I really like doing these games XP

Hades
The god of the dead and the second brother of Zeus, Hades was dark and quiet, rarely interfering with the world above, but never failing to secure his perfect dominance over the Underworld. he stole Hestia's ((this quiz has issues, most of us know the more common myth is of Demeter's daughter being stolen)) daughter away to be his queen, and when rebuked, still made a fair compromise.

You are also quiet and unobtrusive, but your presence is commanding nevertheless. You are firm, and never take rejection, in any form. You are even tempered, and not prone to violence or fury. You likely specialize in a certain field, and accept no others' interference in your domain.

message 5: by Ari (new)

Ari (ariadnesreads) Artemis

The Goddess of the Moon, and of the Hunt, Artemis was perhaps the first feminist. She would not suffer the touch of a man and would often viciously punish the mortal men who offended her.

For you, this means you like women. Men in general do not get along with you, you don't seem to like the things they do. You are a hunter, a strong soul, and you respect nature. Physical and mental strength are your hallmarks and you have a propensity for marksmanship.

Hephestus

The God of Fire and of the Forge, Hephaestus was given Aphrodite to wife, by her father Zeus as a reward for a particularly clever item the Forge God made for him. He was unattractive and dirty, strong and clever but ridiculed by the other gods for his appearance. When he caught Aphrodite and Ares in bed together he threw a chain net over them, pinning them together in the bed and invited the other Gods to come and ridicule them. When they arrived, they instead ridiculed Hephaestus, mocking him for his wife's infidelity.

You try to be a decent person, but the world does not work well for you. Things seem to go wrong at every turn, and though you are a master of your chosen skill, you find its benefits do not earn your the respect they ought to. You are a loner, a builder, and perfectionist. You believe technology and ideas are very powerful things and that their creation is nearly sacred.
