Does goodreads have policy about fake/false reviews

Let's say I'm reading one book and notice that one account or multiple accounts are giving fake reviews on book that is written in Croatian.
It's all hypothetical, of course...
Let's say it's bit obvious it's fake, like, they make stuff up or something else...

Is there any measurement or what could honest person or author do?

This is not a Librarians Group issue, but one for the Contact Us link on the Help page. Librarians can help with issues pertaining to specific book records or most related issues, but have no control over general site functionality or author issues outside of fixing book or author listings on Goodreads itself.
