Duplicate books, series needs updating

There are problems with these books:

Some (seven out of 14?) are duplicates, and some (four?) need to be added to this series:

Corrected titles to GR standard, combined the editions, and added the missing editions to the series: https://www.goodreads.com/series/1110...

Also merged two duplicate editions. The others seem to have either a valid ASIN/isbn or a different cover.
