The correct title is:

The author of this title is listed on the cover as:

David G. Johnson

Fixed the title; thanks for posting. There are a lot of David Johnsons, including two existing David G.'s, so probably David George was used to differentiate. According to WorldCat, that is the full name of this particular David G.

I added a cover from abebooks, but there was probably a more interesting dust cover originally. If you have the book and could provide a scan of the cover (as long as the ISBN matches) we can use it.

After all this time, I still haven't quite gotten the hang of your rules-of-thumb concerning author listings - but whatever you decide, it'll be a lot easier to find this work when the title is spelled correctly. (Edit: As of this moment, I still see the title spelled the old way).

Thanks for pointing that out; I must have saved the cover by itself & lost my correction to the title. Fixed again. :-)
