Sharing the analysis of my 2017 Year in Review for Reading. FYI
2017 Book Year in Review Summary: This was a banner year of reading for me where I broke my record for the most books read in a year for me. I experienced works by authors from three originating languages I had never read before: Dutch, Korean and Romanian. That bring me to 21 different foreign languages all-time that I've read translations of, improving my international perspective. Other highlights were that I read 16 major award-winning books, three poetry books, as well as 5 books longer than 1,000 pages, all records for me in a year. Overall, I had a lot of fun this year reading, and am very much looking forward to continuing the adventures in 2018!
