Tracey (tracey1970) Makes 30

12 oz self raising flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 oz sugar
3 oz margarine
1/4 pt milk
4 1/2 oz sultanas

Place flours, baking powder, sugar in bowl. Rub in fat. Stir in sultanas and mix with milk. Roll out to 1.5cm thickness and cut with a round cutter. place on greased baking tray and brush with milk. Bake 425 F/220 C/ Gas no 7 for about 12 minutes.

Tracey (tracey1970) sultanas are dried fruit Lisa. You could use currants or mixed fruit instead.
